FAIRFIELD, IA – November 30, 2021 – Cambridge has promoted Kristy Quinn to Vice President of Operations. In this role, Quinn works with Cambridge’s leaders and business partners to drive optimal operating efficiency while supporting the firm’s service vision. Quinn has oversight of Cambridge’s operating business units, providing strategic direction while supporting engagement and growth across the firm.
Joining Cambridge in 1997, Quinn has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has led various teams, with continued focus around enhancing Cambridge’s service models for its more than 3,800 financial professionals. Quinn has facilitated a number of advisory councils, working with independent financial professionals and business owners to identify and implement areas of development within the operations side of the business. She was instrumental in the formation of Cambridge’s survey and feedback initiatives, working with all service teams to gather feedback from financial professionals and implement action based on their evolving needs.
Quinn is an active member of the Service Leadership Committee, and a graduate of the Cambridge Leadership Development Program. She has held various leadership positions within Cambridge’s functional committees and on the Cambridge Foundation Board. Quinn is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC), and holds Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses
