Cambridge Promotes Chad George to Vice President of Business Consulting

Cambridge has promoted Chad George to Vice President of Business Consulting. In this role, George collaboratively leads the Cambridge Source Team and manages all aspects of the firm’s business consulting programs, including the design, creation, implementation, and maintenance of its key initiatives.

FAIRFIELD, IA – April 14, 2021 – Cambridge has promoted Chad George to Vice President of Business Consulting. In this role, George collaboratively leads the Cambridge Source Team and manages all aspects of the firm’s business consulting programs, including the design, creation, implementation, and maintenance of its key initiatives. He also develops value-added programs across the firm designed to support financial professionals and efficiently grow their practices. 

George joined Cambridge in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his previous role as Assistant Vice President, George led a dedicated consulting team that worked directly with independent financial professionals to enhance their business operations, and reach professional and personal goals. Guided by the philosophy that customization, collaboration, and accountability are key factors that drive organic growth, George has been instrumental in providing strategic direction for Cambridge’s wide range of business consulting efforts. 

Prior to joining Cambridge, George held various project management, consulting, and marketing roles within the financial services industry. George earned a bachelor’s degree from Westmont College and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
