Cambridge has promoted Lizzie Warner to vice president of Business Development. In this role, she oversees the Internal Recruiting, Strategic Projects, and Transition Teams. Additionally, Warner provides collaborative oversight for Cambridge’s recruiting and business development efforts. Warner’s experience includes specialized expertise in fee focused and fee only guidance for financial professionals with an independent mindset.
Warner joined Cambridge in 2010 and has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She focuses on ensuring the operational aspects of recruiting and transition run smoothly, and plays a key role in streamlining related procedures. Warner assisted in the implementation of a third-party solution that simplifies the onboarding process for new financial professionals. Prior to joining the firm’s Business Development Department, Warner served in various leadership roles across the Operations and Fiduciary Services Departments.
Warner holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 66 licenses; and completed Cambridge’s Aspiring Leaders and Leadership Development Programs. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she earned the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designations.
