Cambridge is pleased to welcome Tammy Robbins to the firm as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Chief Business Development Officer. In this role, Robbins is responsible for the executive oversight of the Business Development Department and providing recruiting guidance and support for Cambridge’s independent branch managers across the country. Additionally, she will contribute in a collaborative executive capacity to the company’s overall strategy for revenue growth, service, and profitability.
Robbins joins Cambridge as a seasoned financial services professional with nearly 25 years of experience in business development and recruiting. Prior to joining the firm, she held senior leadership roles at Lincoln Financial Network and United Planners Financial Services of America. In her most recent role, Robbins served as the vice president of business development at ProEquities, where she developed and executed recruiting, transition, and succession strategies and maintained business partner relationships.
Robbins earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Ball State University and attended the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She has served on the board of directors for the Financial Planning Association and Women in Insurance and Financial Services organization. Additionally, she holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
