FAIRFIELD, IA – January 29, 2021 – Cambridge is honored to be recognized as a Tier Four Trail Guide – Leadership Achievement recipient by the Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence (IRPE) judges and the Iowa Quality Center Board of Directors for 2020. This is the third year Cambridge has been recognized by the IRPE, having also received the award in 2019 and 2018.
The IRPE is Iowa’s National Baldrige-based process designed to recognize role model organizations in Iowa focused on education, manufacturing, nonprofit, healthcare, and business. Organizations considered for the achievement participate in a review process that involves completing a written application, a virtual onsite assessment by an examiner team, and a detailed feedback report.
Cambridge extends its congratulations to the other IRPE award recipients for their commitment to serve as a catalyst of transformation and dedication to organizational excellence. The IRPE recipients will be recognized at a formal award ceremony later this year.
